CR is designed to serve a building or a campus and may be connected to backbone pathways that run both within and between buildings. Communication room contains terminations, interconnections, and cross-connections for telecommunications distribution cables. Include workspace for communication personnel. CR is built and laid out according to stringent requirements because of the nature, cost, size, and complexity of the equipment involved. Telecommunication Cabinets (TCs) are installed in the CR. The TC houses the entire passive and active device in the CR.
